~Share the Vision~
My Vision is a World that views Mental Illness/Mood Disorders with the
seriousness of a Heart Attack.  A World that produces no less research than that
which is afforded to understanding and eliminating Cancer. And a World that is
willing to show the simple respect and kindness currently shown to those with
any number of diseases that are considered random genetic acts of life.  

~Join the Mission~
The Mission, if you choose to accept it, is to LEARN everything you can about
Mental Illness and then to SHARE that knowledge with someone else.  Talk OUT
LOUD about Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, all Mental Illness.  Do not be
embarrassed if you have a Mental Illness ~ Remember you are NOT alone. Share
your STORY and your INSIGHT and most especially your HOPE.  Take a breath,
take your meds, then take a STAND for the Eradication of the Shame, Blame and
Toxic Niceness that surrounds all Mental Illness.

If you simply tell ONE person your experiences with Mental Illness as sufferer or
caregiver ~ you will change that ONE life and your own.
