Speak Up! Someone can learn from you! Step Up! Volunteer! Someone needs you! YOUR ARE NOT ALONE It's time to renew our energy and share the ride.
We can save the world with one well placed word at a time But we have to start by having the courage to speak our truth
What this website IS: A non-judgmental, as truthful as I can remember, sometimes self-depreciating witness to my personal journey, including several inevitable and ill-advised misadventures, through the land of Bipolar Disorder. It is my mission to provide hope, support and information to the Bipolar Disorder Community and the world at large. Working with a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder takes time, research, self-awareness, self-love and acceptance and an arsenal of people I call the Attack Pack. My Attack Pack consists of family, friends and medical professionals that work with me as I navigate my balanced life and hurdle my episodes. Sometimes it's a rollercoaster, so sit back, buckle up and join me as I throw my hands into the air and learn to enjoy the rarely boring ride of a lifetime! No tickets required - but please leave all preconceived notions of normal at the door. and remember: Normal’s Overrated Anyway!
If you share the vision, Join the mission!
